How can I evaluate ZeDent before committing?+
Start with a live demo on your own clinic data, so you see exactly how a working day, a treatment note and an invoice look in your practice. You can also start on a monthly plan, month to month with no commitment, and move to annual only once the system has proved itself. Onboarding, staff training, and data migration from your previous system are all included in the price.
Are there any setup fees?+
No. Setup, onboarding, and initial training are all included free of charge in every plan. There are no hidden server, license, or installation costs.
What happens if I need to upgrade or downgrade?+
Plan changes take effect immediately, and billing is adjusted from your next invoice. No data migration, no downtime, no penalty. Your data is preserved across all plans.
Is VAT (18%) included in the listed prices?+
Listed prices are pre-VAT. Israeli 18% VAT is added on invoicing, and a tax invoice is issued for every charge. Dental services are VAT-exempt in Israel, so clinics generally cannot offset input VAT, but the full cost including VAT is a recognized business expense for income-tax purposes.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Monthly plans: yes, cancel anytime with no commitment. Annual plans: you're committed for the year, and you can stop auto-renewal at any point so you won't be billed for year 2. Your data can be exported in full before cancellation.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
Yes. Annual prepay saves 20%: Solo drops from ₪438 to ₪350/month (₪4,200/year), Clinic from ₪625 to ₪500/month (₪6,000/year), and Multi from ₪900 to ₪720/month (₪8,640/year). The per-user rate above 8 users drops from ₪100 to ₪80/month as well. Annual plans are paid upfront and commit you for the year, but you can cancel auto-renewal anytime before year-end.
